Sierra is really talented, skillful and has clearly found her calling in her work. She makes the material for her adult workshops easy to understand. Her wise girls workshops are really thoughtfully developed in creating authentic connections amongst the girls. The weekly video recaps are a great insight into what the girls are learning and how to think about friendships. My daughter really enjoys her time at wise girls and likes Tina’s wellness work too. So grateful that these are happening in our community.
I can’t imagine a more perfect program for girls these days. Sierra is a beautiful soul that treats each girl like her own and helps them grow, learn, open up, try hard things, and believe in themselves. My daughter looks forward to every workshop and outing. The world would be a better place with more people like Sierra and Tina!!!

I highly recommend this fantastic program for growing girls. When I first met Sierra about ten years ago, I immediately appreciated her approach with my daughter. A short time later I had heard about the Wise Girl Workshops and hoped that my daughter would have the opportunity to attend when she was of age. This past spring my daughter was invited by a friend to join and the experience was everything I had hoped for. The connections these girls make, and the tools they are given to handle everyday life experiences are invaluable. And, my teen daughter looked forward to going each week! I also appreciated the video recap Sierra sent each week so I knew exactly what was covered in each workshop. Each week I was amazed by Sierra’s level of care and enthusiasm. She’s a real gem.
These workshops are wonderful for growing girls. Sierra does a fantastic job of getting them to willingly connect with one another and enjoy being there. I highly recommend these workshops!
I am so grateful that I stumbled upon this amazing program for my daughters! They have both gotten so much comfort, insight and strength from the Wise Girls Weekly Workshop for Grades 3/4 this past school year. Sierra (and Tina) are not only incredible female role models but they both deeply understand the ins and outs of raising creative, confident and courageous girls! Sierra creates an environment that nurtures girls intellectually, creatively, socially and emotionally in a way that is truly remarkable.
My daughter attended a Labor Day Wise Girls retreat for 7th and 8th graders and had the absolute most wonderful time. It is always a bit nerve wracking sending your child into the unknown but I wholly recommend this program as my daughter felt loved, safe, heard and seen. I hope she is able to participate in other events put on by Wise Girls. It was truly an epic experience for her. The connections she made to herself and others are powerful.
I wish every teenage girl had the opportunity to experience a Wise girl workshop or camp. Such a valuable experience for our girls.
