🤝 Experiential, In-Person Facilitation
Our facilitator training is offered in person, allowing for your own group process to naturally emerge. This hands-on experience is a core part of your development as a leader.

Our comprehensive Expert Facilitator Guide is the heart of our training and ongoing support for facilitators. It’s designed to give you the tools, confidence, and structure to run meaningful, impactful workshops—while staying grounded in Wise Girl Workshops’ core values.
In addition, our facilitation is in person allowing for your own group process to emerge. Remember, experience is everything when it comes to facilitating. Through your own lived experience, you’ll understand more thoroughly how the process of workshops and its impact unfolds.

Learn how to set up, structure, and maintain a smooth, engaging, and emotionally safe workshop environment.

- How to set the tone from day one
- Best practices for welcoming new participants
